Sampling Policy

Earth Stone strongly recommends ordering a sample to check the quality, shade and design before placing the final order.
Maximum of 5 design sample can be for ordered at a time. The sample cost along with transportation cost would be borne by the customer.
Shade, color & size may varies piece to piece, as it's the inherent characteristics of natural stones.
Sample orders service is currently available in overall India on the cost of client.
EarthStona representative will confirm the convenient time before visit.
Shipping charges applicable for all orders.
The sample order amount will be reimbursed while placing the order upto some extent except shipping charges.
All the samples will be collected at the time of delivery.
Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Free samples (within range of 10km of the office) have to be returned immediately after selection. Buyer can keep the sample for maximum period of 3 days if he wishes to by paying a nominal amount, which will be reimbursed once returned.
Return of the samples has to be arranged by the buyer.
Earth Stone reserves the right to cancel the order without any notification.
Any kind of refunds will take 7 working days after written request.
Color of the sample and the actual product can vary up to 5-10% depending upon the natural characteristics of stone and batch variation.
