DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

• Earth Stona is not responsible for any damages in transit because there is no insurance of stone products. 
• Once the material is shipped, buyer will receive the shipping details via mail or SMS or Whatsapp.
• Buyer has to be on site to receive the order at the time of delivery. In case of firm/company, buyer has to show GST proof or stamp when receipt of material from the transporter. In case of door delivery, unloading arrangements to be done by the buyer. For Additional Charges, there will be wooden box to safeguard buyer's  material and local transportation charges to apply.
• In some remote areas and inaccessible areas, the buyer has to pick up the material from the nearest pickup point if the transport facilities are not available to that place.
• Extra Charges may also apply to hard-to-reach areas such as remote locations and non transport locations. These charges will be assessed after your order is processed, and you will be contacted by the transporter to provide payment for said charges. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment or confirmation from you. The payment of transportation to be paid to the transporter directly, however we will facilitate in providing builty to the customers. Delivery Charges for domestic orders will depend on buyer's location and pin code.
• If the delivery location is inaccessible in any terms, then the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be made within 7 working days.
• Earth Stona is not responsible for any delay by transporter or by any other causes by incidental, accidental, act of god, or vehicle breakdown issue etc.
• All the materials are well checked and packed properly, any damages in the transit is will not be replaced, however it can be used in re-cutting and corner areas.
• Buyer can arrange self pickup option if he wishes to. Transporter will assist in picking up the material from pickup centre.

• All the products under this category will be shipped directly from the manufacturer or importer's warehouse.
• All the orders under all category will be shipped once buyer approves the video check of the material via whatsapp.
• All the products will be packed in 3 layer packing material ( foam cover, carton box and wodden box)
• Earth Stona does not hold any responsibility for the goods damaged in transit.
